Why we exist
ADiSoft started from a simple frustration: we saw companies losing hours adapting their processes because „the tool doesn't support it", or paying monthly subscriptions that grew faster than their business. We decided to build systems that serve the client, not the other way around.
Two decades later, some of our earliest systems are still running stably in production — the result of an approach where quality comes before speed and long-term partnership before quick sales.
How we work
Our first conversation focuses on one question: is custom development the right choice at all. If a solid off-the-shelf solution exists, we will tell you so directly. When custom does make sense, we define scope, specification and timeline, and then develop iteratively, transparently and with proper testing. After launch we stay involved through maintenance and continued development.

Technologies
We develop in our own PHP MVC framework, which we have been building and refining for years — this gives us full control over performance, security and long-term maintainability, without being tied to anyone else's decisions about the framework's direction.
We use MySQL and PostgreSQL, build REST API integrations, work with staging environments, and have a proven deployment and backup process. We choose technology to fit the project, not the other way around.
